Edited content pages for all characters. Added page for Rajeet Singh. Many characters still in WIP with rough descriptions, those would be changed in another date. Planning to add a World-Building tab for better explaination of the more homebrew-ish mechanics and better background-building if anyone is new to Vampire the Masquerade terms.

Added a changelog page. Added 'Arcs' tab. Added a page for Haruno Hisa. Added more content, replaced some placeholder-y content. Honestly might shift some to the 'Context' tab because it kind of keeps the real essence of their character.

Added placeholder images for the character sheets. Minor changes to existing homepage text and layout. Added content, very brief and placeholder-y though.

Made a new site for OC reference. No fancy styles or anything, just large chunk of texts for reference.
